The Equilibrio floor lamp is a structureless lamp. Its design is clean, simple and aesthetically balanced.
When the two ends of the lamp are close together, the magnetic force between them becomes strong enough to cause gravity, allowing the lamp to float magically in the air. The lower part does not have a rigid body but is attracted to the upper part via two magnets. Due to the weight of the base, the two parts never get in contact creating an intense sense of surprise.
