All orders within the Athens area that are equal or exceed 200€ have FREE SHIPPING
Objects non-fragile with little weight and volume are delivered in Greece via courier companies (Geniki Taxydromiki, ΑCS & ELTA COURIER). Such shipping charges are calculated by weight per item.
Furniture/accessories fragile with large weight and volume within Athens area are delivered via our own company trucks and is free of charge.
Furniture/accessories fragile with large weight and volume outside Athens area (Attica) are delivered via transport companies and transport agents. The transport to the company/agent is free of charge, however, the cost thereafter to your destination is paid by the customer. Should you request an estimation of the cost of transport, this will be communicated to you by mail or phone, the following day of your order. We can also recommend you shipping companies, upon request.
If the delivery is to be made to a country outside EU which needs clearance all such costs will be communicated to you and added to the final amount of your order.
Pick-up from our Stores
You can pick-up your order yourself from our stores, with your own vehicle. In this case you must contact us (via phone or e-mail) 2 days before, so we can have your order ready for pickup from the store within our opening hours.
Delivery to a different address
There is also the possibility to deliver your order to a different address or as a gift (with the appropriate calculation of transportation costs if required), by defining the delivery address at checkout.
Same day delivery within the Athens area can be done if the order is placed up until 15:00 of the same day. Such deliveries are accomplished via radio taxi. Such cost is calculated based on the area postal code, and is communicated to you by phone.
Delivery time is indicative and maybe be subject to the following possible delays
- Product availability is delayed from our supplier. Some products that are upon order may be delayed from our suppliers.
- The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available. There are some cases where our supplier suddenly and unexpectedly announces the discontinuity of the product.
- In times of extreme weather conditions or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
In all of the above cases our staff will notify you via phone or mail to consult with you for any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
In case we cannot contact you within 10 days of shipment of your order request, the request is automatically canceled and you will need to resend a new request to us.
Returns are accepted within 20 days from delivery. In all cases returns will be accepted only if the products returned are in perfect condition, such as received by the customer, complete and undamaged.
Return the products you purchased:
You have the right to return products you purchased and ask for a replacement
- If the products received are not the ones ordered
- If the products received are damaged
- If they do not suit your home

Returns are possible by:
- issuing a credit note lasting 6 months from the date of issue, or by
- replacing the products
The products returned are in perfect condition, such as received by the customer , complete and undamaged.
Our company does not bear the shipping costs of returning products, except in cases of defective / damaged or wrong product.
Please keep all packaging material so the product can be returned as well all necessary documents accompanying the product proving the transaction (eg ITT , Ap Retail etc)
If not returned within 20 days, refund or replacement will not be granted.
Any Made-to Measure Orders cannot be returned.
